Privacy policy
Figaro is an AI assistant that answers customers of service businesses by phone, web chat, WhatsApp and Messenger. It is operated by Dooplin Apps S.L.. Each business that uses it decides what its assistant says and can read its customers' conversations.
What we collect
- The messages you send to the assistant and its replies.
- Your name and phone number, if you give them or your WhatsApp profile shares them.
- Your Messenger or WhatsApp ID, so that a conversation can continue.
- Booking details and any request you ask us to pass to staff.
- On voice calls, the call transcript, a summary and your phone number if your phone shares it.
- On web chat, a random ID stored in your browser that keeps your conversation together. Staff accounts use one sign-in cookie. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to answer you, take your booking, pass your request to the business's staff, and send you the reminders and follow-ups the business has switched on (by WhatsApp, never during the night). We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Anthropic, which provides the AI model that writes the replies.
- Meta, if you use WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Railway, which hosts this service.
- Stripe, which processes payments from businesses (not from their customers).
- Vapi and its speech providers, if you use a voice call.
These providers may process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations and bookings until the business or you ask us to delete them. A business can delete all its customer data at any time. Data from demonstrations is deleted after the event.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@dooplin.com. Tell us the phone number or account you used, and which business you contacted. To stop follow-up messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp. Please don't send sensitive information such as health or payment details to the assistant.
